Capture of source:
The site of work is located in the Shturbak tract in the mountain village of Pistyn, Kosiv district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Capture of the source - a tank with a volume of 3 m3 is installed at the place of water intake at a depth of 1 m. The source debit is 1.1 l/sec.
Transportation:
Transportation of the «Pistynska Dzherelna» spring water from the source to the bottling workshop (2.5 km) is carried out by plumbing from polyethylene pipes laid at a depth of at least 1.2 m from the top of the pipe to the ground level from the pumping station for lifting water source.
Reservation:
Mineral water flows from the pipeline into 2 stainless steel tanks of 25 m3 each.
Water treatment:
Mineral water is supplied from a capture structure to a water filtration plant. After filtration, the water is pumped into the saturator.
Saturation:
Mineral water is saturated with carbon dioxide in accordance with the process documentation. The carbon dioxide content as a result of saturation is at least 0.3%.
Bottling:
Bottling and hermetic sealing of mineral water with polyethylene screw plugs with bursting rings is performed automatically.
From a thermoplastic machine ready-made bottles come in plastic bags of 100 pieces or in cardboard boxes of 300 pieces and are delivered to the installation for bottling.
Rejection of finished products:
Bottles of mineral water are fed to the light screen, where the finished product is screened by checking the transparency of the water, the presence of impurities in it, the cleanliness of the inner and outer surfaces of the bottles, the filling capacity and the tightness of the closure. Finished products with identified defects are rejected.
Labeling:
Bottles that meet regulatory requirements are transported by the conveyor to the labeling machine, where a plastic label is applied to each bottle.
Packaging:
Labeled bottles are automatically fed to a thermal furnace, where they are formed into transport packages of 6 or 12 pcs.
Reception:
Reception is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian standardization GOST 23268.0.
Storage:
Packages with mineral water are stacked in a vertical position with a height of no more than five rows in the composition, protected from direct sunlight at a distance of 1 m from heating devices: storage temperature ranges from 5° C to 20° C.
